As our two lead instructors for Light Rigid (LR), Medium Rigid (MR), Heavy Rigid (HR), Heavy Combination (HC), and Multi-Combination (MC) licences, Ricky and Dalbir do much more than teach people how to drive—they shape the future of road safety across Queensland, New South Wales, and Australia.

Road safety does not stop at state borders. With our operations anchored in Logan, Queensland and extending into Tweed Heads, New South Wales, Ricky and Dalbir train drivers to navigate the unique challenges of both states.
- Regional Expertise: While our Tweed Heads branch provides expert driver training for NSW residents, all of our advanced Multi-Combination (MC / B-Double) training is exclusively conducted at our premier Logan facility.
- Real-World Readiness: Ricky and Dalbir’s training goes far beyond basic test preparation. Their curriculum emphasizes defensive driving, proactive risk management, and responsible vehicle handling. They also equip drivers with the vital skills needed to safely operate massive B-Doubles and road trains during Australia’s severe weather conditions.

Australia is currently facing a severe driver shortage, with an estimated 70,000 heavy vehicle vacancies projected by 2030. As the transport industry pushes for a National Heavy Vehicle Driver Competency Framework to safely fast-track qualified drivers, the role of expert trainers like Ricky and Dalbir has never been more important.
Instead of rushing students through a “time-served” program, our instructors focus on competency-based training. They assess each driver’s actual skill level and build their capabilities until they are true professionals.
